Description
The WRT-40-V Outdoor Industrial Weather Resistant VoIP telephone by Guardian Telecom is a compact telephone that is designed to withstand harsh industrial conditions. It is equipped with features that make it resistant to rust, corrosion, moisture, and dust. The phone has a weather and dustproof metal keypad and an armored handset cord. It comes in a durable enclosure with a mounting plate that allows for easy installation. The hinge of the phone turns on nylon bushings to avoid jamming caused by salt or corrosion. The phone’s powder-coated steel faceplate eliminates corrosion, and its heavy-duty industrial G-type handset with volume control ensures communication in noisy environments. The phone also has a magnetic reed hook switch to reduce parts subject to wear, and an electret noise-reducing microphone for clear communication. The electronic ringer ensures reliability, and the phone has a service temperature range of -30° to +60°C. The phone’s modular parts allow for easy service, and the front access plate makes hook-up easy. The phone comes in a high visibility yellow enclosure, and custom color options, including grey, are available.
