INSPECT BEFORE YOU CONNECT (IBYC)
IBYC must not just be recognised as an essential practice, but needs to actually be performed.
Standards like TIA-588.3 mandate fibre cleaning and inspection.
Implementation of Proper Fibre Cleaning and Inspection will:

- increase reliability
- reduce truck rolls
- reduce customer complaints
